man boobs

    well i dont really have them but im afraid itll get to that stage. what can i do? is running a few times a week and daily push-ups enough? with a bit of a diet too......:dunno:

    i know nothing about fitness, anything in the right direction would be great

    take your bodyweight(in lbs) and multiply it by 12, that's approximately how many calories you should eat a day to lose weight.

    start counting calories, clean up what you eat, the rest is patience.

    There's a TON of AWESOME knowledge in the Nutritional EDU. At least start by reading what foods he recommends.

    you also can't lose weight in just one area, you lose weight throughout your body so you can't just do things that you think are targeting the man boob area you have to lose weight period and they will go away/never appear.

    May just be excess water combined with some fat. I had what I thought was pre-pubescent gyno for years. That is until I lost enough weight and realized it was all fat and water.

    Keep your diet in check like most said here. It will probably be the last place you lose it.

    my chest was all fat before I started working out. Diet, running, lifting is your solution.
