My hamburger I made for lunch.
1.2 lbs of 85/15 ground beef
god damn that looks tasty. I had a 1/4 lb burger tonight after the gym made of ground fillet mignon, but that shit didnt fill me up, so i made a shake with it and a potato
Keep eating like that and you'll break 130lbs one day
lunch was that, a big can of baked beans and 24oz of water.
did the same yesterday, too.. but made it into 3 seperate burgers.. then i realized since i was eating them all at once, there was no point to seperate them into different burgers.
yesterday was with greenbeans
nice, stick with the 85/15 too. Last time i did that i made a 1lb burger with 93/7 and it was bland as shit.
what are your stats? Bulking ?

Don't know about all that.. my buds are weird. Cheese helps mask any issues.
