On a somewhat related note, Microtek, by FAR the best manufacturer of flatbed scanners, is back in business after a few years of being bankrupt. Fuckin rad dudes go out and buy a Microtek M1 Pro

    $5000 camera? huh?

They're snapshots, sure, I take lots of photos, would it be better if I didn't post them? Doubt lots of people would agree if you think so.

oh, so you're agreeing with his comment, which made no sense? k, rad.

I've never once wrongfully criticized you, just about everything I've said has merit and makes sense, his comment did not.

Haha Im sorry man. Im sure there is something here that I just dont 'get' and maybe its naive of me to feel that way but :greddy::dunno::hs: Is there something about them that screams of Mamiya 7? Is there something in these pictures that other cameras cannot do? Im asking honestly...Just trying to figure out what it is about this camera that makes it special.

I wouldn't say these "scream" Mamiya 7 at all, I was just responding to the comment that it looks like holga stuff. Yeah, the colors are kinda messed because I had to save it in post, it's probably the worst couple rolls I've taken with this camera, but saying they look like holga is a big stretch.

edit: And again, I'm not saying they're great shots or anything, I just try to post lots of what I take because it moves OTAP a bit faster :dunno: I'm also not saying they're ALL way beyond great quality, there are a few where something is WAY off, almost holga like, but there are also a few that you can tell are taken with a real camera, IMO.
