It's probably a theme you can download.

I think you can buy Windowblinds for the transparancy effect. The rest are icon replacement and minor details.

Oh, and the clock is called lclock.

There are TONS of Vista packs and themes out there.

Google "Vista Transformation Pack". This includes cursors, wallpapers, lclock, and some various other things. I'm using now because I like the Vista look, but don't want the OS.

Then there is the "Vista Tools for XP" that includes the side bar and some other visual stuff.

You can do the transparancy thing with StyleXP

    Hahaha

The cool thing about Vista was the 3d window switching. Don't think you're going to get that in XP. The other cool thing was taking 3 hours to unzip a single 120MB file. You can achieve this in XP by running 32MB of RAM.

The bad thing about those transformation packs is the shutdown/sleep/lock menu is a complete mess.

I use the (banned) VistaXP theme for XP. Transparency and 3D windows would be more distracting than useful. The Vista screen savers look pretty sweet though.

There is a 3rd party app that takes care of the 3D switching. It's in one of the packages I mentioned.

    Mine is fine..
