I need to up my protein intake and I have a big can of salmon lying around. What should I throw in the salad? I'm thinking of putting stuff that you would normally put in tuna salad. So far, I'm gonna put in salmon chopped hard-boiled eggs (probably only the egg whites, unless you guys think i should keep the yolk) Miracle Whip/Light mayo Raisins Chopped onions chopped celery salt and pepper lemon juice ??? critique demanded. Anyone know a good base tuna salad recipe to go off of? I'll probably make it like a tuna salad only with salmon. I'm trying to keep it high in protein/omega-3 and low in fat/cholesterol.
