you guys got any ideas for what could make eating healthy more tasty? eat chicken alot right now and dip it in some ginger sauce but sometimes it gets boring any suggestions? I drink vitamin water because after a while i just get bored of having something with no flavor to it.

i've switched completely from chicken to ground turkey. Much more enjoyable with just a little seasoning.

either mccormick hamburger seasoning or just some plain sea salt. I also use lots of heinz one-carb ketchup.

you can get 93% or 99% lean usually. I get one of each and mix it together. 99% is something like 4oz 110cals 25g protein and the 93% is 4oz 170cals 22g protein

  17. I'm glad my mom raised me how she did because I love fruits, vegetables, and good meats. I never had a problem "eating healthy" since thats how we almost always ate. :dunno:

Usually I find it easy. Incorporate good, lean cuts of meat...veggies with a little lite butter and salt and pepper, natural no sugar applesauce and a ton of other staples. However, after the binge of Memorial Day, then my companies bbq today I just crave grease, sugar, salt...and it sucks. :noes:
