What do you guys do to make cadio tolerable? I like to do HIIT (high intensity interval training) ie: on the stairmaster set it for 20 min at a reasonable speed, then do that for 2 min to warm up a little. Then bump up the speed every 2 min for 1 min. Or just use the interval button on there, that easy too. But it is a really good workout at the end of a leg routine and makes the time go by faster. At my school we have this really cool machine called "tread wall." Basically its a vertical treadmill thats a rock wall. You can adjust how fast the wall will go and also the angle at which the wall is at. If you put it at a 45 degree angle to the floor you have to carry a lot more of your weight and you can only stay up there for about 5 minutes until your forearms give out.
