I got tasked to make the schedule for a shift of four with two sides of the house, and include in the training days and Marines needing rifle range. When we have lost all our NCO's out for TAD or leave and we have a bunch of boots isn't easy.

    1. Mission Accomplishment
    2. Troop Welfare

Oh, wait, now it's easy! ;)

Sorry about those two days off you thought you were gonna get after working the four days straight PFC. :noes:

Haha.. ehh, the Marine Corps is the easiest "job" I have had. It requires minimal effort intelligence wise. I love that I am in a Staff-NCO's billet.

We just need bodies... one of the Marines on my shift told me he talked to his friend who just graduated boot camp and his platoon graduated with 38 Marines. :coolugh:
