    woke up, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast

    226 at gym

    40 min conditioning mostly calisthenics in an explosive fashion.

    1 Myoplex Carb Sense - Chocolate Cream Shake

    Off to teach, no students showed up, headed home.

    15 almonds, 18oz home made lentil soup.

    heading back to training now...

    get a calorie tracker app if you have a smartphone / iphone. shit helps immensely.

    i wanna hear about plyos and compound lifts, tear as many muscle fibers as possible every workout.

    Did some wrestling drilling for about 40 min followed by 35 min on the elyptical

    got home had 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 can tuna, and a salad.

    I've eaten 1,665 cals today and I'm currently starving. I wanna eat almonds. I wish I had a protein shake with no carbs or low carbs in it to eat.

    Woke up, bathroom scale says 222.5 (its typically heavy) Gotta re-check at gym.

    Toasting a pocketless pita and will have hard boiled egg

    weight on gym scale 222.8

    Boxed, then 20 min on elliptical

    1 scoop muscle milk after training.

    came home cooked lentil soup.

    ate 18.2oz of lentil/black bean soup.

    I asked the time frame of hearing from them I was told about 2 weeks.

    They already called my teammate norman about doin some canadian TV (he's french so my guess is quebec) Neither Rich or I have heard from them.

    youre cutting to 200, not 155.
    no need to starve yourself.
    do more volume, sweat some more, and eat a bit more. 2000cals a day for someone 195-200 is still a cal deficit.

    i'm also on a short time frame. believe me I'm not starving. I'm eating a decent amount just super lean stuff.

    I showed up late for conditioning hence the short session.

    Leaving to teach now, food for the rest of the day is as planned:

    5.9oz chicken breast
    80g org broccoli
    6g butter

    myoplex carb sense shake

    15 almonds

    Todays cal count totaly 1,731 if everything stays as it should

    i ended up eating some peanut butter just now, so my cals are at 1,885. Shoulda just had some tuna or something. I'd be more full and have less cals.

    youre 5 weeks out & 27lbs away.
    you can eat 2100 clean cals. itll be ok. :hs:

    the focus should be more on putting in work, rather than starving yourself.
    you should be jumping rope at home, first thing in the morning to kickstart your metabolism and to make up for anytime missed in the gym if you showed up late.
    if youre going to punish yourself, do it with work. not by witholding food from yourself. if you keep working youll sweat or shit it out anyway. you know this already.

    Woke up at 221.4

    Breakfast was Chili (i know) about 250g

    about an hour of boxing then headed off to teach.

    in route to class had hummus & cucumber on a slice of whole wheat bread and hummus and turkey on another slice.

    after teaching headed to chiropractor

    ate a banana, 10 almonds and a small handful of trail mix.

    as of 5:30pm cals at 1,174

    i want to eat something before night training. Protein shake or real foooodddD???
