So I am going on co-op (work experience) next semester for 6 months and need to dress well. I have probably ~$500-750 to work with, not including the jeans, think im getting those for christmas. The job is casual dress, so don't need suit attire, but I have if necessary.

I currently own basically 3 pairs of express jeans, one pair of Mavi jeans.
I have various button down shirts mostly from express, american eagle, and a bunch of gap waffle-knit longsleeves. Everything else are tshirts.

I have a couple of nice things (I think so anyway) like a Guess jacket I recently picked up:

    and some other various items.

Basically I need button-down shirts for work, and have already talked to ihaveanevilplan about denim and think I'm going to get a tagged size 31 pair of APC Rescue's. I have big thighs from lifting and don't fit well in skinny jeans.

Looking at these shoes to go with them:

    I'm 19, 5'11", and 190 pounds. 32" waist, wear a medium slim fit T.
    Pic for reference (far right):

Please help! :wiggle: Any and all suggestions really appreciated.

if you have an H&M near you that would be a good place to look

We sorta have the same body type, except I'm 2" shorter and 15lbs lighter than you. I'd keep checking out Express for the 1MX shirts. They go on sale, so you shouldn't have problems finding them for $30 or so. Out of all my dress shirts, those fit me the best and they come in a ton of colors.

If you want to move up a notch, check out BR. Their fits are hit or miss most of the time though, so try on before you buy. Chances are you'll be a medium just like me :hs:

oh and pics of thighs? :x:

I don't have the 18 different muscle/ligament lines showing calves.
Just have the one big block style.

Mine is very crisp and sturdy. The collar feels like perma-starched.
Looks very clubbish, but classy at the same time.
