Yesterday morning I called Yar to order some parts and get some recommendations from him for my two glocks.
I get to my office this afternoon to find a wonderful little package waiting for me! Can it be!?!?! :noes:

I felt like a kid at Christmas!
An hour later I had everything installed in both the 17 and the 23. All I can say is WOW! Dry firing it I can tell a huge difference. Now I have to bring the wife to the range this week to give it a test since waiting for the weekend is not an option

Again Thank You VERY much! You rock!:bowdown::bowdown:

your welcome. I threw in the standard springs in case you throught the trigger pull is too light. Use the springs in the competition spring kit if you want to lighten the trigger pull to the 2 lbs area.

Question: do you end up compromising the Glock's reliability with a lightened trigger pull?

I almost called you on that. I installed the competition springs and may switch one out to see the difference. Just dry firing I noticed a huge diff. I had the wife dry fire one stock and the other modded and looked at me like :eek3:

Do I need to loc-tight the guide rod on the 23 or is that already done?

    Thanks again!

Short story is the full trigger kits run from 129 - 250 depending on type of trigger you use (standard or fulcrum) and if you opt for the skeltonized striker. You could also just nickle and dime the individual components like connectors and springs.

Check out www.glockworx.com for more info

Typically what people get is a fulcrum drop in kit, a guiderod, and a recoil spring. Just add some good sights and you glock is pretty much done.

Adjustable over travel and pre travel. Can get trigger movement down to 1/4". Shorten reset so the gun and fire mechanically faster. Adjustable for trigger pull weight w/ springs and connector. Ergonomic trigger pad and safety. Safety has a real spring, not the plastic nubbin the factory safety uses for tension.

Shit. If Yar hooks it up like that, I might have to take SA's nuts out of my mouth and get a Glock.

yeah i always give a ot discount. You'll have to call our 800 number and ask for Ray (yar backwards). I don't have a set rate kind of depends on how much and what you order. Ask around I hook it up.

Since this is slowly becoming an ask yar thread, what kind of stuff do you sell for the 17l? I notice a lot of stuff is either G17/G34 :dunno:

Anything that fits the 17 or 34 will work in the 17L. The extended bronze guiderods are pretty sweet.

I guess I should have updated this.... I took the wife to the range and then took all the toys out to the desert this past weekend. Just the spring(s) and connector made such a dramatic improvement... Its not like I didnt like the way it was before, I dont know how to truly describe it now.

Ray.. Let me know when you get some shirts in... I'd like to order some :wavey:
