Maintenance?

    So this may seem like a really dumb question, but it is never really discussed anywhere. What do you do when you reach your goal? Past the 30 minutes of physical activity per day. Do you guys have a workout plan for when you just want to maintain your weight /physique. Might be similar to an offseason plan?

    On a serious note. No, I don't expect to ever know what it is like to maintain. Really, I think that is the great thing about what we do. No matter how great the results, there will always be something to work towards.

    Same goes towards what ever you are into. Be it music, career, education etc. Why settle?
