maintenance calories

    state your weight and calories to maintain it. also the estimated % of whole foods per day.

    185 @ 2500 cals, about 70% cals from whole foods

    232 not sure on maintenance as im gaining and on, but im eating 3200-3400/day with about 90% from whole foods

    about 2700-3000 at 275. Unemployed and basically sitting on my ass all day isn't helping

    230-235ish and I drop weight on 2700cals with no cardio...90% solid food...

    188, and i have no idea what my maintenance cals are... i think around 2200?

    ~2600-3000 to gain ~1.5lb a week... 144.2 lbs atm :( 75% whole

    id imagine its about 2400 to maintain

    Wow, this thread really surprises me. I was under the impression that everyone's maintenance calories were higher than what has been posted. I always thought that I was unfortunate and had a slow metabolism. My maintenance is around 3,000 so I guess I'm close to an average metabolism and I just eat too fucking much. Very interesting.

    Cutting on 2200-2300 cals and cardio.
    (thought it was 2100 but realized my portion calculations were wrong)
