So I'll be on the field for work the week following the 4th of July for 2-3 weeks straight. I'll be working 12-14 hour days outside, with a 1-1.5 hour commute, so basically, I'll be up super early and home really late. I know this is gonna kill my lifting, but I was wondering what F&N's recommendations are to minimize loss of mass.

I don't think I'll have time to fit in workouts during the week, but I should be able to put lifting days in on weekends. I'm hoping that I'll be able to have a Lean Body bar between breakfast and lunch and hopefully some Syntha-6 after lunch and before I get home to eat.

I'm a 5'9" 168lb ectomorph that drops weight easily, so I'm trying to figure out how I can minimize the damage.

    Damn job

eh i meant was there going to be any heavy lifting involved, sorry for the confusion

Real strenuous work in good heat is a nasty workout in itself

There will be lifting, but it'll be very minimal (Not exactly sure, since this will be my first time doing this). Most of the time, I'll just be filling out reports and taking samples while the operator does the actual drilling work.

2-3 weeks isnt going to do much damage, just keep eating. If you can fit it in, do some body weight exercises or something.

    heavy calorie shakes?

    2 scoops protein
    bannana
    2 servings peanutbutter
    2 servings oatmeal
    2 yogurts
    creatine
Milk (if you can keep it cold all day)
    berries
    and blend

I may be missing something you could throw in there. But that should be 50g protein and over 1000 calories per shake. And take lots of "bathroom breaks" to go do push-ups while at work, jk.

I'm thinking that I won't be able to snack on solid food when I'm filling out reports and directing the drill operator, but I think I can get by if I order a box of meal replacement powder.

Might also get a second shaker bottle and fill it up with a few scoops of Xtend. :hs:
