    As some others have states, I'm just using this as a way to keep track of progress and what I've been doing... I'd like to keep outside comments to a minimum. PM me if you have any questions or comments.

    Goals:
    Cut bodyfat
    Continue strength gains

    some people say these two aren't possible together, I aim to prove them wrong

    been lifting for since freshman year of high school, but this is the first time I've actually attempted to keep track of it. I'm starting Lipo-6 and Vasopro today, so I figure I should start a log.

    Keeping a clean diet is going to be very hard, I'm in college and am limited by budget and basically whatever the school decides to have for dinner. plus, I like to drink every now and then and it is spring time and Maine, but I really gotta make an attempt to limit my drinking, no more during the week, especially since I'll be on ephedrine.

    Day One: 4/11/05

    Note - lots of engergy today from the Lipo-6, havent noticed a drop in appetite, but I'll update at dinner. Been drinking a shitton of water, i'm 5 deep on my 20oz bottle

    13 minutes on elliptical - keeping the cardio to a minimun this week to let my body get used to the Lipo-6/Vasopro combo and gauge where I can go from there.

    looking back on it now, should have done some more chest, the 405 try really drained me... get after it on thursday

    Salad - lettuce, carrots, sprinkle of bacon bits, red wine vinegarette dressing
    Couple pieces of baked ham
    Picked around a plate of pork stir fry, basically just a few pieces of pork and onions.

    ~12:15 - I guess when they say take 30 minutes before a meal, they mean it. I doubled the dosage and haven't felt the effects as much as yesterday.
