What is a good company to go with to manage an opt-out mailing list?

    They'll all be expensive.

My company has used www.silverpop.com for some time now.

Edit: They are white listed too.

Do you have to ask for SilverPop Pricing?

I'm researching for the company I work for as well.

Don't rely on this for accurate information, but I think they charge $20,000 for an account and licensing (again, do not rely on this accuracy). I personally didn't purchase it, I just use it.

They also have restrictions, you must send a certain amount of e-mails per month in order for them to recognize you as one of their clients worthy of buying a license.

It's good though, there are not many places that are whitelisted. You could get through almost any spam filter... and if you're savvy with spam assasin you could get through almost ALL spam filters unless some guru sat in their apartment writing a badass spam filter in his parents basement for a couple years. :coold:

    Best of luck.

    Wow, that is crazy.

I'll be managing a list of about 5,000 people. Looks like Constant Contact is probably my best option. I wouldn't see us spending more than $1,000/yr at this point.

That SHOULD be able to fit their requirments. Give them a call, you might get some good news...

    They also have great support.

I left a voicemail with a salesperson, I'm sure it's out of range though :hs:.
