So I picked up some frozen mahi mahi at costco when I went a couple times ago and finally busted some out to try tonight, and it's sofa king good. They're individually wrapped and all. I baked them with a little bit of margarine and sprayed them with lemon juice. I'm going to go make two more now. :wiggle:

it was either margarine or "I can't believe it's not butter" :o and i suppose it could be butter...the brand is "imperial" it comes in a box, i just always assume it's margarine and not butter...but it doesn't say on the box after checking so.

i caught a shitload two months ago in the outer banks. still in the freezer. sear that goodness with smart balance, lemon juice, and some minced garlic. the most crucial of crucial.
