    Hay F&N :wavey:

ive been bulking before but of course havent been consistent nor enthusiastic about it in the past. However I started up today and been going hardcore and which will hopefully continue. anyhoo heres my question if you guys would be so kind to answer:hsd:

*its not that gross but if you really have a weak stomach, you might not want to continue while youre eating?*

For my morning meal for bulking i ate cereal and 2 cups of milk then had 3 eggs, fruit and a protein shake with 2 cups more milk. anyhoo I ate all that and when it came time to head to the toilet i let go and my stool came out watery and barely solid and its was almost like diarhhea but it was neither burned or was uncomfortable when it came out. I havent drank milk since then because I didn't want this to worsen or anything, but I want to drink a shake before I go to sleep.

Is this normal or do you guys think i just have a low tolerance for dairy products? (I'm 5'10' 130 lbs) Has anyone experienced this before and if so what happened after, did it go away? thoughts

    ty all:bigthumb:

Lactose intolerant? Stomach flu? I pissed out my ass without any pain/burning (other than toilet paper chaffing) for ~9 days because of the stomach flu.
