Just a heads up. I bought one.

What has magpul done in the past if they make changes to production stocks? Do you get upgrades or is it just the gamble you take with a preproduction unit?

Honestly, I never liked the way UBR stocks looked. I prefer the CTR.

Werd. I'd planned on using the M93 for my first build. But fuck me, it's discontinued now. God damn it.

I'd consider one if I still had an AR, I liked my 93b alot, but its discontinued now for the UBR.

The 93 is the only AR stock I've ever handled that I think could survive multiple butt strikes against something.

Recent destructive tests I've read sez the Vltor EMod outlasted everything, including M93's and UBR's.

But yeah, my M93A2 was pretty solid, no doubt it could do some damage without much concern.

And to answer the original question, Magpul has in the past replaced manufacturing defects free, and any updates made to the production model they have offered at a discount if you have a pre-prod.
