Who's been doing this stuff? I haven't done much of it, just doing 3-4 things for my lower back/hips.

My lower back feels romped from like ~20 reps of whatever I did today:wtc:

i mean, i work at a computer, so that's a culprit..but even walking around anywhere i feel like my back is stiff and always feel like i need to crack it.

I do 3-4 things and feel a huge difference between not warming up. I feel like I should do way more.
