    240. 5,5 Day 1.

    didnt have time to go to gym due to classes, walked 4 km today.


    felt sick all day didnt eat much.

    breakfast : lowfat blueberry muffin + coffee (no milk/sugar)
    290 Calories + 78 calories = 368


    dinnar : small White Tuna Sub from Mr.Sub : 280 Calories.
    + water.
    total : 648 Calories.

    i know i should be eating more, but lately everytime i eat i end up wanting to throw up.

    edit : Multivitamin when i came home.

    Day 2 : Nov 1st.

    Raisen Bran + 2% milk = 280 calories.
    Multivitamin
    Grilled Chicken Sub on Whole wheat + Mushroom/pickles/peppers = 600 calories
    + water

    Grilled Chicken + brocolli = 300 Calories.

    total : 580 + 600 = 1180 for today

    What? Where's the pogo with ketchup at 4am?

    Your food looks really healthy, but you're not taking in an awful lot of calories. When did you start eating like that?

    sunday. i know im not, but between school and wakeing up at 2pm, it gives me little options.

    Day 3:

    Energy bar + water = 300 calories.

    Pizza Slice + diet coke = 600 calories?
    edit : bad day.

    Veal Sandwich + Fries :hsugh: =1200?

    total :2100

    4 very small pieces of chicken + veggies = 700 Calories
    + Multivitamin.


    Turkey Sandwich + Fatfree Mayo = 315 Calories.

    Wendys Salad + Ranch Sauce = 650 Calories
    total = 1800 calories.
