    For the past month I've been trying to bulk up from my ridiculous 140lb (which I've maintained for years), so I've been eating alot more. At the same time, I was tired of putting just about any junk food in my mouth, so I cleaned up my diet while I was at it.

    The result? I LOST 3 POUNDS. :mad::mad::madfawk:


    guess I'm going to have to try to fit more food inside my mouth. :wtc:

    I'm glad I'm a cutting fatty when it comes to cals in regarding the time and money it takes to bulk!

    When bulking, what's the general formula? 18xweight? more?

    Eat alot of food
    I do not understand how people can be so anal, If anythign eating whatever would be good for your mental health cause you can relax and focus on shit other than dieting.

    I've yet to start counting and I've basically been eating anything in sight that I consider healthy. But I guess I'm still not eating enough so yeah, like tize said, counting for a few days might be good to let me know how much I should be eating.

    And speaking of donuts, I ate 3 in a row last saturday and they were amazing. :noes:
