i have madden and it rules. I would sya definetly buy it. In my newest stuff or FHM they compare all of the new football games coming out and they gave madden the highest rating.

I didn't care for Madden all that much - too slow of gameplay. I really liked NFL Fever though, and that's what I'm playing now. It's realistic, you can create your own guys, play a franchise mode, where you break records and send your guys to the Hall of Fame if they're good, and it keeps track of everything. But, like every football game I've ever played, it gets a bit unrealistic at times, with the "computer is behind by 3 TDs, so they'll make every pass regardless and score to keep it close" - but it's not anywhere near as bad as Madden or NCAA (same game). I like it though - it's addicting. Rent them all before you buy one.

I ended up going with NFL2k3 and love it! The only reason i went with 2k3 over madden was cuz of online play ( madden u cant play online on the xbox for some reason :dunno: ) Plus i've been kinda biased towards sega sports games since dreamcast :o Thanks for the input tho :bigthumb:

Oh ya, i didnt get fever cuz i read a few places online said its the same game as last year with updated rosters, and maybe 1 or 2 new things :dunno:

Played Madden 2003 all damn day Saturday. GREAT game, especially with other people. The first time I played, I was sorely outmatched (other person took me to school), and Madden was commenting on how badly I sucked. Great game!

  12. I pick "Madden NFL 2003" John Madden's the bomb, since I started playing the first one I owned. (couldn't vote in the poll) :(

I prefered NFL2k3 over Madden...madden is just an old franchise to me. And there isnt enough new there to keep me remotly entertained.
