    Thread to cumilate MWSF questions?

    1. Are all upgrades/new stuff shown at MWSF going to be released to the public right away/after MWSF is done?
    2. Any knowledge or slight ideas of what the Powerbook upgrades will be if there are any?

thats it for now? thanks for any input from people who know or were at the last MWSF.:hsd:

What day do they usually announce all the new changes for Mac (new products or whatnot)? Is that on the first day by Jobs during the keynote? I'ld like to know what's the dilly on any possible changes for the PowerMac before I get one for work.

Product announcements almost always hapen during the keynote speech, though they surprised me by announcing the monitor price drops and G5 XServer upgades today before the show even started. Really makes me look forward to see what they're going to announce during the show if they're already letting those two cats out of the bag.

I believe the rumor about the $500 CPU to be true. It would be the best reason to drop the prices on their displays. Maybe even introduce a 17" CD?

During the keynote. Usually the Apple Store comes down while they update it with the new products.

Why? I would assume they update the site ahead of time, then just upload the changes after announcements have been made.
