I ordered an Archos AV420 MP3 Player/Media Player from NewEgg.com and got the Mack Extended Warrenty (3 Year Audio Under $500). Today, I cracked the screen on it after only about a month of ownership. Will Mack cover this?

"Such service, repair, or adjustment of the equipment is assured the original purchaser only, provided the equipment has not been, misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, water, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. This warranty only covers a unit malfunction. Customer maintenance is not covered"

When I first recieved the unit, it had a dead pixel, so after a painful struggle with Archos, I received a replacement a few weeks later. Can i make the case that the new screen was not the original product and made it more susseptable to breaking or something of the sort?
