The next computer im buying will be a Macbook. I hope to buy one in the next year, I dont have the money right now or I would already have one. Is it worth the extra money to get the macbook pro? I just use my computer for internet, music, and some photo stuff. I dont edit video and stuff like that. So just for basic use the macbook should be fine for what I need right? or is it worth the extra few hundred dollars to go ahead and get the macbook pro?

    Differences:
    aluminum vs plastic housing
    15.4+" screen vs 13.3" screen
    higher max ram/harddrive in pro
    backlit keyboard on pro
    xpress card slot in pro
    dedicated video card in pro

if that's worth an extra $500 basically is up to you.

Thanks. I didn't know what the differences where, Seems the macbook should be fine for what I need. The bigger screen would be nice, but not that big of a deal really.

its so easy to replace hard drive in macbook that it shouldnt be a difference.
integrated video and xpress card slot (high speed internet) in pro is why most people go MBP.
