I'd say either a video card issue or RAM issue

Something similar happened to me when I tried to boot a 2.16ghz MBP with a 2.2ghz MBP. It might have something to do with the video card? :dunno:

Not quite like that, but I have been experiencing a situation where I have line breaks on things like forum tables where the table lines seem offset.

Then when I go to my 24" external LG HD screen almost always the effect is modified ten times worse when scrolling through forums the lines almost look like they echo themselves down the screen.

    Which browser are you using?

I noticed that when I use Opera, that happens occasionally. Tried to recreate it in Safari, but nothing happened.

Unless it's happening outside of the browser screen as well?

I heard the nVidia mobile chips are fucking up. There's a thread in the main forum about it.

I have had this happen, the colour profile changes. if you open up the display preferences it suddenly rights itself.

I think I might make a trip up to the Apple store today and ask them what they think of this...

It's happened to me once in a while when connecting to my second monitor. I just unplug and replug and all is well.

I'm thinking that the GPU just overheated... My computer was running really hot at the time. :dunno: that's about the only thing I can think of.
