    Here's a few non-mentionables I keep in Applications/Utilities. :bigthumb:

    OmniDiskSweeper
OmniDiskSweeper is a Mac OS X utility for quickly finding and deleting big, useless files and thus making space on your hard disks. OmniDiskSweeper makes this easy by highlighting the biggest files on your disks, and by noting which files are used by the system, so you don't accidentally delete important files.

    Brightness Control
Spending the wee hours burning the midnight Mac oil? Has your Mac taken up permanent residence in your master bedroom? Does your significant other grumble and moan about trying to sleep in broad daylight?

Give your honey a break already. Get Brightness Control, a nifty tool for dimming all your Mac's displays with one slider. A product of a good friend of mine. :wiggle:

    Meteorologist
Meteorologist is the only full featured free weather program for Mac OS X (that I've seen). It was inspired by a couple week problem with another weather program, and I had the crazy idea that I would write a simple program to take its place. Several months later, Meteorologist has matured into a very strong program, representing not only my efforts, but also the helpful and insightful comments of those who use this program. Meteorologist now supports multiple cities, multiple servers, new version and server error checking, and many more features.

    AudioX
AudioX was written for Mac users who want an easy way to record sound under Mac OS X. It enables recording from any input source ie. built-in microphone, USB microphone, firewire video camera or even via your macs audio-in port. AudioX is great for recording sound FX, voice memos, interviews, vinyl records and transcribing audio to name just a few of its uses

    DVD2ONE
From the creator of Remote Selector comes a brand new product, the ultimate DVD processing tool. With this tool you can make movie-only and full disk copies for personal use on a single DVD-Recordable.
World's fastest video compression engine. Process a movie to fit on a single recordable in a matter of 15 to 30 minutes (depending on the speed of your computer).
Makes movies-only copies. Why waste space and image quality on unnecessary intros, menus and language tracks?
Makes also full disk copies. For those who want to keep those fancy menus and intros.
Powerful join mode. Useful for putting multiple episodes of a (tv) series or joining both sides of a flipper on 1 disk.
Written from scratch, it's not based on any old code, libraries or existing opensource projects.
Time critical parts written in assembly, for the highest possible speed.
Burn the movie with your favorite recording software!
Both PC Windows and Mac OS-X versions available.

    MacTheRipper
MacTheRipper is a freeware DVD ripper (extractor) for Mac OS X. It is dependent upon the open-sourced GPL libdvdread and libdvdcss libraries. We also use the GPL 'tocgen' program in certain modes, which is a part of the 'dvdauthor' project. This product is made to backup DVDs you have legally purchased for personal use. Any copyright infringing activity you choose to perpetrate using this application is illegal, wrong, and beyond our control.
