Once Apple figures out how to get it to work seamlessly with a Windows network, I will be happy.

I'm having the DAMNDEST time getting the ONLY Mac at my work to talk with an IKON printer.

The 5th $120 upgrade in the past 4 years. And people bitch about Microsoft's pricing.

If you had a PC you could just "steal" an OS off the net :mamoru:

I'm sure you can steal a Mac OS, but it's not as main stream as stealing a PC OS. The Bittorrent sites have these tiny sections for Mac software. It's kind of like how the retail stores were 5 years ago. Shit... On a similar thought.. Did Staples totally stop carrying Mac software on the retail level? They used to carry up to 5 Mac titles at one time.

You can do that same thing with Tiger when it comes out too...

And why, of all things, would you people complain about Apple releasing too MANY updates?

    It's kind of different...

Microsoft's update is generally bug and security fixes. Apple's updates are more about features.

This doesn't ship until the first half of 2005.

Oh shit... that far away?! I like how they're not trying to make an unrealistic deadline like most other software manufactures do.

Doing it right > meeting a fast deadline.

I have a challenge to people who've never used a current Mac before. Sit down and use OS 10.3, and if you can say (with a straight face) that it sucks, then I'll be shocked.

DING DING DING! We have a winner.

    Apple's free upgrades are patches.

Apple's paid upgrades are new OS Releases. A'la Win 95-nt4-98-me-2000-XP-XP Pro-longhorn.

All you pieces of shit do is bitch and bitch and bitch because Apple is different.

    I want a Dual 2.5Ghz G5 so bad.
Hook that shit up with couple of Cinema displays and I would be too bad ass for my own good.
