Mac book pro vs Dell m65

    What are some of the advantages of going for one over the other. It will be used for personal use as well as small business use and integration at the office where all the machines are XP.

    The MacBook Pro can run Mac OS X and your oddball Windows apps with no Mac equivalent through Parallels coherence mode.

    Only disadvantage to the MacBook pro is that it will most likely cost more up front. You should have no issues integrating it into a business environment where the majority of the users are on Windows XP.

    I meant to actually compare the dell xps to the pro book. Thank You for your response though.

    The issue is software for the most part. Illustrator and Photoshop are required for this application. I have Windows based licensing for each which is currently in use. However, if I move to Apple, I have to purchase new software which will run about an arm and a leg. Is there anyway around this?
