    what page in the book does it show how many calories i should be taking perday based on lbm?
    i can't find it.
    i'm currently on chap 8.
    i'm considered a cat 2.
    i start in 2 weeks :noes:

    well, only that you said you're on chapter 8, and the information you are looking for is literally right at the beginning of chapter 8, in a nice big box, basically impossible to miss :rofl:

    it doesn't exactly say anywhere in the book. he says on this diet, the average person will be taking in ~400-800 calories per day. the focus is more on getting the protein in with the least amount of non-essential fats

    That's because the entire point of the PSMF is- nothing but protein. At the beginning of chapter 8 there is a box diagram with what category you are and how much protein to eat per lb of bodyweight. That's the diet.

    i kinda figured that.
    i'm paying close attention but then i started asking myself isn't there a calorie limit.
    i just wanted to make sure i didn't skip anything.

    i actually DID pay for the psmf book, last year when i was curious about it.

    Yet even with there being an entire book about it, people are still confused :rofl: I don't think half the fitness groupies can read.
