I was thinking about a Range Rover Supercharged but all I hear is that they break down all the time. I am use to my 4runner which just works. I'd like to spend around 100k. I'd also like 400+ hp but I can't stand driving cars. Any suggestions?

    Go get a Landcruiser, LX470, GX470, etc.

Yukon Denali then spend the rest to swap a Duramax and Allison into it.

Not to be the thread crapper here, but according to your posts, you just graduated college and started a new job fresh out of it. Unless there's some financial mystery involved, I wouldn't be spending $100K on an SUV.

Then again, after riding in my uncle's new '08 Cayenne Turbo... I didn't get to drive it, but it's still an amazing ride, and the engine sound is out of this world. It also has the best color scheme IMO - Meteor Grey with brown leather.

It's just a habit of mine when someone mentions that they're buying an expensive car for me to examine posts/profiles to decipher what they do. Well then by all means go for the Cayenne Turbo. Maybe the ML63 too - I heard it's better for off-roading, which if you're coming from a 4Runner, you may want to do.

Personally, I can't stand the idea of going off-road in a luxury SUV (at least a brand new one). The fact that it's a luxury car makes me less inclined to expose it to easy damage.

no, but i dont know why you'd need that much power in an SUV.

How about a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT-8?

You are considering a cayenne but are concerned about looks regarding the Denali? You are such a fucking douche-canoe. The cayenne is the ugliest suv on the planet.

Cayenne S, or check out the Toureg with the V10 Twin turbo diesel ($70-80k). Those motors are BADASS.

I think i'd stick with SUVs from europe. Japanese lux SUVs are just upscaled toyotas/nissans. Granted the Cayenne is an upscaled toureg, but at least the Porsche will hold its value.
