    well since i started my diet on may 7th i can see some steady loss of weight, right up to now i lost 20 pounds, from 205, and still got some fat around my belly and mans tits so i will continue till thats gone hopefully i don't go below 160 but we will see. in here i gona post what i eat daily, so if you brolys wana give me some comments it would be appreciated.
