At my current job, I opted for the 30 minute lunch break (instead of the hour) so that I could get out of there a half hour earlier.

Anyways, I pack pretty much the same thing everyday, but I feel that it's not the most healthy lunch. I don't have time to go anywhere & buy food & I don't want to buy food at work (they have a cafeteria on the 1st floor).

I'm goin' to the grocery on Monday & need some new & healthy ideas for lunch.

Here is what I currently pack:

Deli Meat Sandwich on Wheat Bread w/ Light Mayo
    Applesauce (Musselmans)
    Chips Deluxe Cookies (4)
    CheezIt's (small baggy)
    Bottled Spring Water.

I know this isn't really healthy at all, but that's why I'm needing some good suggestions for a healthier lunch (it must be something i could easily pack though - we do have a fridge).

Seriously the easiest thing to do is just make a little extra when you make dinner the night before and bring it to work.
