Day 1 of feeding dogs separately. First meal - 15 minutes to eat 2 cups of dog food. She only ate one cup.

a bit. I am on perm vacation until I find a job jaja. I am serious about getting this dog to lose some weight, too. I tried walking it for a while but lost consistency and don't know if there were any results.

Continue walking her, everyday. That and calorie reduction will provide results. I have a friend that also gave his dogs green tea to help them lose weight. Please get her to lose weight so she'll live longer. I've got a soft spot for dogs. Also, try feeding her all natural or organic dog food. I feed my dog eggs, oatmeal, apples, anpb and chicken.

Walked about one block, way and back. Took apx 10 minutes.

I've been trying to convince my moms to buy light dog food. I think now she will go back to it again. I am thinking about stacking lipo-6 with hydroxycut and some HIIT. If that doesn't work, there is always liposuction :dunno:

I take my dog to the track and make her walk 2 miles!! That may be a bit much to start Lucy with though.

For you or the dog? Reminds me of the scene in "Something about Mary" when Matt Dillion gives the dog speed.

moms was slang. Those supps HIIT for the dog ... and I remember that part jaja!!

I've decided not to keep a nutrition log, but only a size/exercise log. You are right ray, it does suck. I HATE walking her in my neighborhood because it is so boring and I have been jogging/biking/walking through it for the past 15 years. One time I drove 10+ miles to the river only to have her become lazy and tired in less than 10 minutes. I was pissed.

you had to have really overfed the dog for it to get like that :wtf:

or does it have some sort of condition? If not, you fail at owning a dog

She was a bit chunky and ballooned up after getting spayed. I was feeding all 3 dogs at once, but have since changed. The other two dogs are active and healthy, Lucy just really LOVES food. She hasn't eaten as much today as usual and keeps giving me an "i'm starvin'" whine. :mamoru:

Only made it half of a block and back. She was tired/resistant. She is now eating a low fat dog food rationed out twice a day.

Down the block and back. She started to anchor herself down and become resistant in the middle of the street. She did it probably 7 times ... just stopping and refusing to budge out of nowhere. One time a car was coming and I had to use all of my power to lauch her off the street .. damned lazy dog.

    This is incredible

I have two beagles myself... one of em sits down on walks when he gets tired, just looks at me all pissed.

You should look into Purina One, its one of the only dog foods that has meat as the first ingredient, all others have filler.
