lower stomach and body mass questions

    hey guys
    im 20 years old and 5.10 tall about 140 lbs
    i just have some questions regarding the lower abs/stomach, well its kind of flabby...just wondering how i can get rid of the fat and have a firm flat stomach...i do some cardio run a couple miles when i hit the gym and do the leg raises along with other ab exercises but nothing seems to work, meanwhile my top 2 abs show perfectly when i suck my stomach in...

    another problem is i want to gain body mass, ive been working out for a couple months now and ive only gained abut 10-15 lbs, i want to have a bigger upperbody along with legs and just not look so skinny anymore....ive improved significantly with my strength however my bench is really lacking, on the machine i can press about 150 lbs but on freeweights i can barely do 120, any ideas

    I wouldn't worry about trying to get a flat stomach right now.

    Eat 4000+ calories a day, and get a good routine and you'll put on some mass

    Sounds like you just need to eat alot more, you'll have to choose between lower abs and a stronger body though.
