lower body workouts?

    anyone wanna share a good lower body workout routine i can follow?

    i plan on splitting it on tuesdays and thurs because i realized im neglecting my lower body.

    My last leg workout

    Box Squats
    135x10
    135x10
    225x8
    275x7
    315x5
    365x3
    405x3
    455x2

    SLDL
    135x10
    185x8
    225x6
    275x4
    315x3x3

    Standing leg curls superset with seated leg extensions
    8 reps each, machine weight

    Adductor Machine
    3x10

    Abductor Machine
    3x10

    Calves


    do that and you will only need once a week

    tues/fri or mon/thurs would be better (more rest between workouts)

    day 1 - quad dominant
    Front squats or back squats
    hack squat or leg press
    leg extension

    day 2 - hip dominant
    RDL or goodmorning
    GHR or leg curl
    reverse hyper, 45° back raise, or back extension


    There's obviously more exercises you can do but this would work well for hypertrophy...you can do calves on both these days too.
