Lower body workout v.abs and legs same day?

    Guy should I be working out legs and abs the same day? Also any suggestions on what workouts to do or links?

    i do, but my abs are pretty beat after doing squats and leg work

    ok....Any links to good workouts..I searhed google and found 11billionty + 3 should I just pick any? or are there some your recommend?

    isnt that bad....arent you not supposed to work out a body muscle more than one day in a row?

    thats what i thought....a couple months back trancj posted one of Arnolds routine (for newbs) and it worked the abs everyday....people asked about it and said it wasn't bad..

    :dunno:

    if it is, please, someone tell me.

    it's fucking abs for god's sake. we did them every day in wrestling, trust me you'll be fine.

    Usually do abs on leg day too. Its calves I have difficulty doing on leg day. At least exercises for the gastrocs where you have to keep your leg straight or locked.

    I do sometimes. I usually try to get my leg raises in before I do squats.

    Abs on my upper body days, obliques on my lower body days. That's abs/obliques 5 days a week.
