lower body exercise

    please recommand some good exercise in firming my leg and ass.

    i practice squeezing walnuts between my ass cheeks, firms them up nicely
    you might have to start on peanuts at first though, and build up. you can injure yourself easily without proper form

    I just stretch my calves for a lower body work out, it keeps me limber while I'm doing my push ups and curnches every single day.

    Do lots of IDB action. Seriously. Find the next available guy and ask him to do IDB with you. That will give you a GREAT!!! work out.
