i'm a big guy, 5'9, 200 lbs. i work out mostly at home with my weight bench but not total gym rat. i'll use the bar for squats. one of my problems is i don't have anything to work out my back. as soon as i start moving shit around the house, my lower back will start hurting, even when i'm lifting with my legs. i was wondering what kind of home exercises can i do to help alleviate the problem.
