What supp do some of you guys take to ease the pain of lower back pumps? Ever since I started TRT, on deadlift day after I am done DL'ing and go to do 45* back raises I get HORRIBLE pumps in my lower back that make it difficult to sit/walk/lay down for around 5 minutes after each set of the back raises.

    Any help here?

    increase potassium intake
    decrease sodium intake

potassium should be MINIMUM 2:1 (preferably 3:1 or more).

    Use an AI
    aromasin or AIFM

Try not doing 45 back raises on that day or at least move them until later in your workout.

Gear fucks my lower back no matter what I do. Potassium, taurine, and advil help somewhat though.

Taurine - it's dirt cheap too. 2-3g a day does the trick

Good luck with that. Cut out the D-bol and you should be okay :big grin:

AIFM is quite effective for test related bloat and pump/cramping issues.

pretty sure he is just using test for HRT, though AI's and the above reccomendations will help with dbol related pump/cramping as well.

beta-alanine can also help (instead of taurine)

I'm just pulling your leg. I know you're on HRT. I would go with Taurine as well, but not even sure that's a solution (more for cramping than pumps, is it not?)
