lower back exercises

    my lower back is really stressed. pulled an allnighter to study, and ive just continues with workouts, (lower left-side of back)... you guys have any lower back exercises that you think would help or just rest?

    also... bicep exercises have been hurting forearms sp,ewhat (just feels stress on heavy curls) any idea what this is, my lifitng partner also had the same problem lately. Thanks

    thanks, i dont want ot take a week or so off, but probably best, ill see how it is monday and then do whatever... probably from stress though

    yes, for powerlifting in double ply with double ply briefs and a nice thick belt.

    For actually supporting the weight yourself or for any actual athletic sport you couldn't be more misinformed.
