i hate my lower abs, well i hate all of my abs, but i have been working on getting them back and i just cant get my lower abs to develop. before i became an alky for personal reasons i loved my abs. well now that i got all that shit past me, i cant seem to get them back. any one have any excercises that would target that area a little better? i know diet helps and i am taking in roughly 3000 cal. sometimes a little more or a little less. maybe i should lower it to about 2500...any ways, all help is appreciated.
