lower abs

    What are some exercises that target the lower abdominals
    (the bottom 4 of the 6 pack) that dont require any special equipment?

    this is how...its like a situp but only its 1/4 or 1/3 of of the way and down, repeat.

    hanging leg raises
    then when you can do 5 sets of 15 of those, start adding weight.
    (and i mean doing them the right way)

    someone posted a pic on here a looong time ago with great ab exercises (i think it was ceaze) but i have it on my external hd which doesnt work :eek5:

    for lower abs i think it was those dragon flys or what not. ass barely on end of bench and raise legs from below paralell to feet perpendicular.

    ya, IMO the best lower ab workouts are with a partner. doing things such as the ball toss, or the handoff where they touch it back and forth, or my favorite where they toss your legs down and you keep putting them back up.

    i hope you all enjoy my technical exercise names.
