Ok so I have been cutting for a month now, I have dripped down from 186 to about 175 in 4 and half weeks. Nothing too strict, with the weekend being my cheating days. So far I have averaged out at about about -2.5 pounds a week, so I think everything is going good. Theres one thing though, no matter how much fat I loose everythwere, I still do not see my obliques cutting in and tapering off at my lower abs. Now I know people who have a higher BF percent yet they seem to have those lines there. Are there any exercises that I could do to maybe develop those muscles? If theres any confusion about what exactly Im talking about, Ill post a picture of someone who has them.
