at the moment im doing leg lifts, 10 sets of 15 to be exact.

but im not really feeling a burn, at all... it is more of a burning on the inside of my legs than anything else.

help me out here i need a new lower (and upper) abb workout, im too acustomed to the old school way.

The abdominus rectus (aka- abs) is one muscular unit. There is no "upper" and "lower" abs, only one single muscle. Anyway, the old saying goes, "6 packs are made in the kitchen" so clean up your diet and hit up the cardio.
