Every since my heart took a shit on me ive been looking continually for a low sodium dressing for mah greens. Till tonight the best in store was some no fat vinegrette for 170mg per 2tbs. Tonight I was doing some research and came accross a greek dressing that looks too good to be true with 25 cal and 10mg of sodium per serving. Have any of you guys tried this dressing?

meh Im not nearly man enough to eat a bag of plain lettuce or olive oil only. The ingredients in this thing are olive oil, soy oil, spices, water, vinegar and sugar. Only 25cal , 2g of fat, 10mg sod and 2 or 3g of sugar a serving

^ that sounds pretty decent too

Anything on the salad dressing shelves at the grocery store or walmart etc are out of the question for me........I never knew how fucked up our food was with sodium. Ill try yours out too, thanks

its so simple but its amazing, i think it has to do with the texture of the spinach (baby spinach is the kind we get i think)
