low fat snacks

    i sit here at work all day but i don't wanna be eating unhealthy shit. recommend me some snacks to bring in. :o

    Low fat doesn't mean something is healthy, at all.

    Now if you mean snacks that won't MAKE you fat...

    beef jerky, fruits, protein bars? and shakes, cottage cheese, etc

    eat peanuts,beef jerky,grapes, trail mix.

    something you can fit in your pocket but is filling.

    What you need is something high in fiber, low in fat, and low in carbs. That would be ideal.

    Go for fresh baby carrots or apple slices. Yogurt would also be an excellent choice. But if you are just sitting at work and not moving around much, you might want to stay away from the carbs. But these guys are right, just because it's low in fat doesn't mean it's "good" for you. There are many more items that go along with it.
