I have been taking Cytogainer for the past 3 weeks as MR's at work since I do not have time to cook. I drink 2 shakes while at work, eat a cup of oatmeal, and have lunch. So pretty much 4 small meals.

Ever since I have been taking CytoGainer about 1 hour after taking I get symptoms low Low Blood Sugar. Shakes, sweats, uncotrollable heartbeat, dizzyness, and sometimes disoriented if I do not eat sugar. I have stopped as of today but I am wondering why CytoGainer does this too me? Anyone else have similar experiences?

The cytogainer is not only causing a huge insulin spike but also prolonged insulin activity. Since you really don't have anything solid in you, once the shake is gone, your body still has excess insulin circulating in it, that's why you're feeling that way.

exactly, definitely get some solids in you. I like to eat about 30 minutes after my protein shake + dextrose or else the same shit happens to me
