love handles.

    went from 230 - 160 about 2 years back..
    Since then i gained about 12 pounds..i basically look the same except for the love handles.. i know theres no way to target love handles..

    but what are some good exercises that target that area..
    any lower back workouts maybe?

    i do 3 sets of 30 straight crunches 30 to the right and 30 to the left..
    is there anything else i can do :hs:
    im just trying to drop the weight all around..

    you've posted pretty much the same thing before. from what i remember you were losing weight again and then quit? you just have to STICK to what you were doing and be consistant. you know what to do.. just do it and stick with it this time.
